Refund Policy

At Foot Aid by Georgina, we aim to provide a high standard of foot care and customer service. To ensure we can continue offering reliable home visit appointments, we kindly ask all clients to review and follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

 

Appointment Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice: No charge will be applied.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice: A cancellation fee of £40 may apply.

  • Missed appointments (no-shows): The full appointment fee may be charged.

 

Refunds

Due to the nature of our service, we do not offer refunds for completed treatments unless there is a clear issue with the service provided. If you are unsatisfied with your treatment, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of your appointment so we can address your concerns.

 

Late Arrivals / Delays

As a home visit service, we make every effort to arrive on time. However, traffic or unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause slight delays. If we are running more than 15 minutes late, we will contact you to keep you informed.

If you are not available at the agreed time of the visit and cannot be contacted, the appointment may be treated as a no-show.

We understand that emergencies happen. If your cancellation is due to a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible—we will always do our best to be understanding and flexible.
