Foot Aid by Georgina

By booking a home visit appointment with Foot Aid by Georgina, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to protect both you as a client and us as a service provider, and to ensure the smooth and safe delivery of care.

 

1. Services Provided

Foot Aid by Georgina offers professional foot health services delivered in the comfort of your home. Treatments may include routine foot care, nail trimming, callus and corn removal, and advice on general foot health.

Services are carried out by qualified professionals in accordance with relevant health and hygiene standards.

 

2. Booking Appointments

Appointments can be made by phone, email, or social media messaging. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive the agreed time and date for your home visit.

We kindly ask that someone be present at the time of the visit, and that you provide a clean and safe space for treatment to be carried out.

 

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full at the time of the appointment, unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment methods include:

  • Cash

  • Bank transfer

  • Card

  • Other methods by prior arrangement

 

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.

In short:

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged a late cancellation fee.

  • Missed appointments may be charged at the full treatment cost.

  • Refunds are not typically issued after treatment unless a specific concern is raised within 48 hours.

 

5. Client Responsibility

Clients must:

  • Provide accurate medical information prior to and during the appointment

  • Inform us of any allergies, infections, or conditions that may affect treatment

  • Ensure a clean, safe, and accessible environment for treatment to take place

  • Supervise any pets or dependents during the appointment

 

6. Right to Refuse Treatment

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if:

  • There is a risk to the practitioner’s health or safety

  • The environment is unsafe, unhygienic, or unsuitable

  • The client behaves in a threatening, abusive, or inappropriate manner

  • The treatment is outside the scope of our professional services

 

7. Confidentiality & Data Protection

All client information is treated as confidential and stored in line with our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal data and health information.

 

8. Changes to Terms

Foot Aid by Georgina reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be made available upon request or on our website/social media.
